Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow+ gel is the brow staple!

Snazzy new innovative brow products are launched all the time, things like brow stamps and tattoo-like pens. Though after a week or so, I find myself just wanting to go back to my trusty Benefit Cosmetics Gimme Brow+ Gel or Precisely, my brow pencil. Maybe you gave a trusty product that works for you.

About my brows

They’re almost invisible and camouflaged into my skin. I have all the brow hairs; they’re just majority white! I want softly defined fluffy brows, no harsh solid lines, as this won’t go with my overall makeup aesthetic.

So let’s get into why I love the brow gel from Benefit!

My method of application of the Benefit Gimme Brow+

So as I said, I feel that my trick is unique; I don’t see people doing this. Most people’s brow’s need filling in and more definition on the tail end of the brows. More of the structure and shape goes at the end and softens towards the front like an ombre. If you add too much colour at the front, you can get an angry look; I’m sure most people are not trying to achieve that!

So when you pull the brush out of the tube, there is always some product on the tip. I use this to dab it on the tall of my brow to colour the skin, an area’s where you may not have enough hairs for brow gel and would generally need a second product like a pencil.

Then I start to use the brush as your meant to and brush over it; this then smooths it out giving you a hair-like look, and know that there’s less on my brush. I brush through the front parts of the brows.

Afterwards, I’m left with my desired look, softly defined fluffy brow’s, the perfect everyday look. Now, on days when I want a bit extra makeup, I will go in with the mentioned Benefit Precisely, my brow pencil, first filling the tail part and then go in with the Gimme Brow+.
