By now, you would have heard of collagen; it’s an essential structure for the skin. Following this, collagen supplements and beauty products are not slowing down. People take them without thinking what collagen acutely is; it’s crushed up bits of animals; what a lovely visual for the sake of beauty. As a vegetarian for around seven years, that does not sit right with me.
