Andrea’s Sacial Routine

My favourite thing to do is a home “Sacial” a Facial for the hair and scalp. Let me share with you my home ritual.
Nourish OR Repair the hair, gently exfoliate the scalp, cleanse, massage and condition, tone, calm and style
My home Sacial I perform on a lazy night in, or during a walk or gentle exercise.
1: If the hair and scalp need a cleanse first, I shampoo with a favourite shampoo. Mine is Davines Naturaltech Purifying shampoo for irritated scalps.
2. Towel dry and place your favourite deep conditioning or repairing mask to the roots mid-length and ends of the hair. Gently comb through
I like at the moment Davines Renewing conditioning treatment or their nourishing miracle mask
3. Off I go to sit and relax or exercise
1 hour later
4. Rinse the mask for the hair has completed its job.
5. Now I shampoo with a gentle scalp scrub shampoo (always just the roots not hair) I’m liking Davines detoxifying scrub shampoo
6. 2nd shampoo: is one that is specific to my needs at the moment and that’s the renewing shampoo (the purifying shampoo  I use every 3rd wash) it’s for itchy slightly oily scalp.
7. Condition: with your favourite conditioner and I treat myself to a 3-minute head massage either just with my hands or with a scalp revival therapy massage brush.
8. Either while still in the shower or after towel drying, I pour on my refreshing toner to my scalp and leave it in or rinse. You can spray it from a spray bottle and leave it in too.
I go for the all-natural Thayers witch hazel. It is affordable, has a great calming effect and is anti-microbial.
9. Finish by styling
